4.2 Address Accuracy. You must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or unclaimed parcels due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by you at checkout.
4.3 Damage Protection. If optional damage or shipping protection is offered and added to your order, it will cover specific scenarios outlined at the time of purchase. Standard carrier claims apply otherwise.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

- Regular light cleaning is recommended to maintain the finish quality.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
